When I learned about Amy from a friend, I decided to give working with her for help deciding what is next in my life as I approach retirement.  A key challenge for me is finding my purpose and sorting out if I want to continue working full time, part time, volunteer or consult. Amy helped me sift through the various blocks I put up (am I good enough, is it financially viable, rid myself of 'impostor syndrome'), and to also focus more on the gratitude and grace in life. It was very helpful and supportive to have Amy to talk to weekly to express frustrations, dreams, observations, and successes.  Those calls were the push I needed to move forward.  By the end of our sessions, I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to work for anyone again (after retirement), rather to find projects that are fulfilling to me personally.  I also feel a greater sense of confidence in myself.  I would most heartily recommend Amy to any friends who find themselves stuck in place as I did several months ago!
